The CEO is on behalf of Smed Engineering AS responsible for processing data for the company’s processing of personal data. Furthermore, Regional Director is responsible for processing personal data in Smed Engineering BH doo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We store following personal data about our customers; Name, office address, phone number and e-mail address.

Purpose with processing

We process the data in order to fulfill our obligations by agreement with you as our customer. We also use the data to provide you with information, offers and services in connection with your purchase via e-mail, phone, SMS and mail.

The basis for the processing

Information about name, address, telephone, e-mail address is used to fulfill the purchase agreement. The basis for this processing is the Privacy Regulation and Article 6 (a). If we have your consent, the data will also be used to provide you with information, offers and services in connection with your purchase by email, phone and SMS. The basis for this processing is the privacy regulation Art 6 (a). You can at any time cancel receiving such information from us.

Collection of personal data

We store the personal data you have provided to our employees in connection with your purchase. Information provided in connection with sales meetings, inquiries via contact form or e-mail sent to the company is also being stored. We use cookies on our websites to provide you that vidsit our page, with the best customer experience and service, as well as mapping visits pattern to the page. In order to fulfill our obligations under the agreement , necessary information may be disclosed to third parties, including subcontractors, transport companies. Information may also be exchanged between Smed Engineering AS and Smed Engineering BH doo ., in order to be able to perform the assignment / delivery as agreed. Beyond this, we will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose personal data unless we are legally required to do so.

Deletion of personal data

The data we received in connection with our communication with you will be stored in our active customer records for 4 years after the sale. The data we are obligated to preserve pursuant to the Accounting Law or any other Law, will be stored in accordance with the Law’s requirements.

Rights of the registrated person

We process your personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Information and applicable regulations. Please be advised that you may require access to and relocation of your personal data, as well as correcting or deletion of data. It may be made a complain to the Data Inspectorate for processing of data that is in violation of the rules. Representative for data protection Smed Engineering AS and Smed Engineering BH doo has considered that the processing of personal data is such that there is no need for a representative for data protection.
